Submission Guidelines

We are open to the following original creative art forms: dance, music, painting/art, photography, sculpture, poetry/spoken word. Each performance submission should not exceed 5 minutes. If you want to participate but are just not sure how, please reach out to one of the committee members so that we can help.

Give trauma a “VOICE”, submit an entry today.

– All and any sales for artwork will be transacted between the artist and the buyer directly. If you would like to sell your piece to a potential buyer you are responsible for any financial transactions. Trauma Art Ministries and its affiliates assumes no responsibility in any way.

Art images

– All submissions must be in .jpg format – minimum of 72 dpi. Please note: Trauma Art Ministries will provide a professional photographer. Indicate your interest for this service on the submission form.

Dance

– May be performed solo or in a group. Please include all lyrics (typed separately), if any, to the music used in your performance. Please use YouTube and copy the URL on the application under the “Title of Submission” section. You may also send in a USB drive or DVD to:

Music

– An original or instrumental work written for solo or an ensemble may be submitted. Please use YouTube and copy the URL on the application under the “Title of Submission” section. You may also send in a USB drive or CD to:

Spoken Word/Poetry

– All entries should be written out and uploaded in pdf format.
