This is where you share with the public about your creative piece and how it came to be (not to exceed 500 words)

In order to register for this event, a suggested donation of $25 is encouraged for each artwork or set (trauma and redemption pieces). Limit of 3 entries per person. Donations are payable online at Trauma Art Ministries website or a check can be mailed to Trauma Art Ministries, 3100 Pioneer Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15226. Please make checks out to Trauma Art Ministries with VOICE in the memo line. All payments are due within 7 days of application submission. Please email info@traumaartministries.org if a scholarship is needed. Artists are fully responsible for providing their own insurance for the full value of each piece on display. Trauma Art Ministries is not responsible for damage or loss of any artwork on display in the VOICE: Trauma Art Exhibit.

A $25 donation is suggested for up to 3 submissions. There is a limit of three entries per person. If you are unable to donate the $25 fee please submit your entry anyway and email info@traumaartministries.com to request assistance.
