Mosaic- a glass pendant necklace speaks to the connection between God and soul. It features seven lamp work glass beads along with natural turquoise heishi beads and silver findings on a leather cord. It adjusts from approximately 16" to 22" with the lightweight pendant hanging 2.5" in length.

Artist Bio:

Beverly DeMotte was born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, spent her formative years in Pittsburgh, now resides in the Uniontown area with her husband Dwayne Santella and works from her home studio, Small Gray Clouds.
She is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and has two master degree equivalencies from her studies at Penn State University, Gannon University, California University of PA, Touchstone Center for Crafts, and the Carnegie Museum of Art.

In addition to drawing, painting, sculpting, flame work glass, wearable textiles, and theatre set design/painting, Beverly has exhibited her art regionally in Greensburg, Scottdale, Uniontown, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, and the Artbeat Gallery in Waynesburg. She has done a number of commission works.

Beverly DeMotte taught art at Uniontown High School for 34 years, sponsoring an active after-school art club program, and then worked two years at Waynesburg University supervising senior art student-teachers. Now retired, DeMotte is an avid community volunteer, former co-director and board member of Scholastic Art and Writing of SWPA, an advisor and occasional instructor for the Uniontown Arts Fellowship in the Phoenix Arts Center, and is a life-long advocate for the arts.
